[This was almost becoming a daily habit at this rate. Wandering around the college and the surrounding areas for his little companion.
Not that he didn't trust Ven at all. They practically grew up with one another despite the obvious differences between them and... well, how they met. It's not often that a witch manages to summon something so... small. Mishaps happen, but often demons and other creatures get pulled through to their world. Not teeny fairies.
At least they've been able to help each other to some extent. Riku promising to research some way to get Ven home and the fairy helping the witch gather some of the ingredients he needs for his spells. Plus, Ventus has become something of a good friend and confidant for Riku, and he's found himself being comfortable sharing things that he wouldn't dream of mentioning to his other witch friends.
The only problem that comes with having a tiny friend is that sometimes it puts Riku in odd situations. Like skipping his spell classes to search for the tiny blonde in the gardens and crevasses of the castle. Ven's more than quick enough and clever enough to not get into trouble, but also he pretty much lives in a college of witches. Which means lots of cats and familiars lurking about.]
